Our Story
We are a unique real estate investment firm. We build, renovate, and operate our own commercial and residential real estate properties primarily in Miami-FL, Houston-TX., and specific markets in Oregon.
We have recently expanded into international markets - Dominican Republic and Tulum - Mexico. We also uniquely focus on helping other investors and new homeowners to build their custom dream homes in Texas, Florida, and Oregon at a fraction of cost per square foot charged by big name-developers.
All of our portfolio are developed, owned, leased and managed by our subsidiary companies. Our real estate portfolio consist of Office buildings, Retail Centers, Multifamily buildings, Beach houses, Land for Development, and Custom-built single estate/acreage homes. Our firm has also constructed and developed from ground up several luxury single family and multifamily buildings.
We operate in 3 segments of the Real Estate Market.
- We pursue and specialize in distress properties and concentrate on workouts with properties that are in default by either purchasing them out right from financial institutions or buying their delinquent debt. Most of the assets we purchase in this segment have negative cash-flow.
- We purchase assets that require renovation or redevelopment and create value by investing needed capital.
- We build custom luxury residential homes to suit client needs and taste. Some of our clients require Home/Business layout for their Foster Homes buinesses.
Our Team
Our team of experienced builders and designers are dedicated to creating homes that are both beautiful and functional. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision is brought to life.
In addition, we have in-house architect, structural engineers, interior designers, and framers. We work closely with dedicated mortgage companies for financing including construction loans, build & flip, etc. We also work closely with a team of experienced tax/finance/accounting experts who understand how to maximize real estate investments.
